Show week numbers in Outlook

Windows

When you start using your calendar in Outlook, the week numbers are disabled. If you want to activate it, you have do it yourself via the calendar options.

  1. Click the File tab.

  2. In the left corner, click Options.

  3. Click Calendar.
  4. Scroll down to Display Options, and select the Show week numbers in the month view and in the Date Navigator.
  5. Click OK

  6. You now have week numbers on your calendar in Outlook.
macOS

When you begin to use your calendar in Outlook, the week numbers is inactivated. If you want to show them, you go to calendar options for Outlook.

  1. Click on the tab Outlook, in the upper menu bar.
  2. Choose Preferences.

  3. Click on Calendar under ”other”

  4. Under Calendar options you mark the box for Show week numbers.

  5. You now have week numbers in your calendar in Outlook.
